▪ Customer value and the value equation:

Value = Benefits/Price (Money, Time, Effort, Etc.)

Competitive or Differential Advantage:

A competitive advantage is a total offer, that is more attractive to customers.

▪  Focus:

Focus is required to succeed in the task of creating customer value at a competitive advantage.

A clear focus on customer needs and wants and on the competitive offer is required to mobilize the effort needed to maintain differential advantage.
